18+ Age Policy
Gambling at is strictly reserved for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is not only a legal requirement under the laws of Ontario and Canada but also a cornerstone of our commitment to protecting young people from the potential harms of gambling.
How We Enforce Our Age Policy
- All guests must present valid, government-issued photo identification upon entering any gambling area of our hotel-casino.
- Accepted forms of identification include a passport, provincial or territorial driver's licence, or any other government-issued ID that clearly shows the holder's date of birth and photograph.
- Any individual who appears to be under the age of 25 may be asked to provide identification, regardless of their actual age.
- Our staff are trained to enforce the age policy consistently and respectfully.
- Any guest found to be under the age of 18 will be asked to leave the gambling area immediately and may be escorted from the premises.
- We do not permit minors to loiter in or around gambling areas, even if they are not actively participating in gambling activities.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. These measures exist to protect young people and to ensure that our establishment remains a responsible and compliant gaming venue.
